📅Calendar
Bookings, prices & min. nights at a glance.
The Calendar gives you a clear, visual overview of all your bookings, availability, and prices across your properties.
It is designed as a high-level overview before diving into detailed actions such as changing prices, minimum nights, or booking details.
🔍 Filters
At the top of the page, filters help you focus on exactly what you need:
Date range – limit the calendar to specific dates
Objects – view one or multiple units
Platforms – filter by booking source (Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct, etc.)
🎨 Color codes
The calendar uses color coding to make information instantly readable:
Red – Airbnb booking
Blue – Booking.com booking
Green – Direct booking
Dark grey – Blocked dates
Light grey – Weekend
Dark yellow – Check-in is today
Light yellow – Check-in is tomorrow
🖱 Move a booking to another unit (drag & drop)
You can move a booking to a different unit directly in the calendar — no forms needed:
Click and hold a booking bar
Drag it up or down to another unit's row
Release to drop it
While dragging, the ring color tells you if the drop is possible:
🟢 Green ring — the target unit is free for these dates → drop to move the booking
🔴 Red ring — the target unit is occupied on these dates → the drop is blocked
The move is applied instantly and synchronized to all connected platforms.
🔎 Find a booking fast
Use the Search bookings… field in the top bar (available on every page) to jump straight to a booking:
Type at least 2 characters of a guest name, booking ID, or unit name
Matching bookings appear instantly in a dropdown
Click a result to open its Booking Details
📅 New Availability Features
When creating a new booking, the booking modal now includes:
Date Range Filtering: You can filter available units by specifying a check-in and check-out date range. This helps you see only the units that are free for the selected dates.
Availability Display: The calendar in the booking modal visually indicates availability. Free dates are marked with a green dot, while busy dates are marked with a red dot.
🔒 Block-Only Cell Functionality
The calendar now includes block-only cells, which allow you to select cells for blocking purposes without affecting rates:
Block-Only Selection: Cells marked as block-only can be selected to create a block for a physical room without editing rates.
Visual Indication: Block-only cells are highlighted with a crosshair cursor and a distinct background when selected.
Rate Editing: Rate editing and copying are disabled for block-only selections, ensuring that only blocking actions are performed.
🧭 What to do next
From the calendar, you can move on to more detailed actions:
Change prices & minimum nights
Open booking details
Add or edit bookings
Analyze your guests in Guests Overview
The calendar is your starting point for understanding availability and occupancy quickly.
