βž• Add a New Direct Booking

Direct bookings allow you to manually add reservations that did not come from a connected platform (e.g. phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins).

They behave like normal bookings and appear directly in your calendar.


πŸ—“ How to add a direct booking

  1. Open the Calendar

  2. Click Add new booking (top right)

  3. Fill in the booking details

  4. Click Create booking

The booking is immediately added to your calendar.


🎨 Calendar appearance

  • Direct bookings appear in green

  • They are treated as confirmed bookings

  • Availability is updated instantly across all platforms


πŸ“ Booking information

When creating a direct booking, you can define:

  • Guest name and contact details

  • Property / unit

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Number of guests

  • Total price

  • Payment method (cash, bank transfer, etc.)

  • Optional extension flag

πŸ” Extension (optional)

If marked as an extension, the booking:

  • Will not appear in the cleaning schedule

  • Is useful when a guest extends an existing stay


πŸͺͺ Online Check-In for direct bookings

Every direct booking automatically gets an Online Check-In page.

You can share the check-in link with the guest:

Guests can:

  • Enter their personal data

  • Upload ID documents

  • View check-in instructions

  • Download their invoice (after checkout)

Once created, a direct booking:

  • Appears instantly in the calendar

  • Can trigger automated messages

  • Is fully editable in Booking Details

  • Is included in reporting and exports
