Data Export

Download your data — bookings, check-ins, invoices, and city guest reports — and manage your website branding and account security.

📥 The Export page

Open Settings in the left menu. The Export Data card lets you download your operational data for accounting, reporting, or backups.

🔍 Filters

Set the filters at the top of the page before downloading — they apply to your exports:

  • Date range — filters by check-in date

  • Objects — one, several, or all of your units

  • Platforms — Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct, etc.

📦 What you can export

📆 Bookings Data

All booking records matching your filters — guest, dates, platform, and financial columns.

➡️ Downloads as an Excel file (.xlsx)

🪪 Check-in Data

All Online Check-In submissions matching your filters — guest details, ETAs, and preferences.

➡️ Downloads as an Excel file (.xlsx)

🧾 Invoices

All guest invoices for the filtered bookings, bundled for you.

➡️ Downloads as a ZIP of PDF invoices

Large invoice exports can take a moment — the button shows "Preparing your files" while the archive is built.

🏙 City Guests Report CSV

Monthly city/tourist-tax guest reports per unit — one CSV per month and property, bundled as a ZIP. Ideal for municipal reporting requirements.

🌐 Website integration

The Website integration section manages the account-wide appearance of your direct-booking website:

  • Brand — your Brand name, Primary color, and Secondary color

  • Logo — drop or click to upload (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 15 MiB). Make background transparent generates a draft with the background removed — compare before/after, then Use transparent version or Keep original

  • Site — check the Site status and put the Public website live with Set website active; Open website shows the result

Each property's page content (photos, texts, charges) is prepared per unit on the property detail page — see Property Settings. Payment account assignment remains managed by OkupAI.

🔒 Security

The Security card at the bottom of the Settings page manages your login sessions:

  • Active browser sessions — shows on how many browsers you are currently logged in

  • Log out everywhere — ends all sessions, including the one you are using right now

Use Log out everywhere if you logged in on a shared computer or suspect someone else has access to your account. You will need to log in again afterwards. To reset your password, use Forgot password? on the login page — see Onboarding.

  • Booking-level financials → Booking Details

  • Owner-facing reports (Excel) are available in the Owner Dashboard
