# Revenue Overview

Your financial home page — headline numbers, revenue charts, and today's operations in one view.

This is the first page you see after logging in to the dashboard (**Financials → Revenue Overview**).

## 💰 The four headline KPIs

Four cards at the top summarize the filtered period:

| KPI                     | What it shows                                |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Revenue**       | Total booking revenue in the selected period |
| **Occupancy Rate**      | Share of nights that were booked             |
| **Number of Guests**    | Guests checking in within the period         |
| **AVG Price per Night** | Average nightly rate across bookings         |

Each card also shows the **change versus the previous period** of the same length, together with a small trend line — green for an increase, red for a decrease.

## 📊 Revenue charts

* **Monthly Revenue** — your revenue per month over the selected period, so you can spot seasonality instantly.
* **Distribution by Platform** — a donut chart splitting revenue by booking platform, in the same colors as the calendar.

## 🏠 Unit Performance

A compact list of your units for the selected period. For each unit you see:

* Number of **Check-Ins**
* Revenue (green amount)
* **Occupancy rate** with a small progress ring

Use it to spot under-performing units at a glance, then adjust prices in [Change prices & Min nights](/okupai-platform/calendar/change-prices-and-min-nights.md).

## 🛬 Today's Check-ins

Every guest arriving **today**, with a live counter in the header. Each entry shows the guest name, unit, platform, and amount.

## 🔔 Last 24h Activity

Every new booking received in the **last 24 hours**, across all connected platforms — your quickest way to check "what came in overnight". Click an entry to open its [Booking Details](/okupai-platform/calendar/booking-details.md).
