Client Dashboard Access
Create and manage sub-user logins with customized access β for owners, partners, or staff.
π What is External User access?
From the External Users card on the Properties page, you can create separate logins for people who should see only part of your data β property owners, investors, or team members.
Each login is fully customizable:
π Which properties it can see
π§© Which features it can open
β Creating a new external user login
Go to Properties β External Users card
Click Add external user
Fill in the three sections:
1οΈβ£ Information
Login (required) β the username your external user will use
Name (optional) β a friendly display name
2οΈβ£ Property Access
Choose which properties this login can see:
All properties β toggle for full access
Selected β currently allowed units
Available Properties β click a chip to add it; click a selected chip to remove it
Property limits always apply β even if a feature is enabled, the login only ever sees data for its selected properties.
3οΈβ£ Feature Access
Choose which dashboard areas the login can open. Permissions are grouped by category, searchable, and each one has a short description β for example:
Financials
Revenue pages, booking prices, invoices, tax fields
Bookings
Bookings overview and calendar
Calendar prices
Nightly rates & min-nights on empty days, without revenue
Manage bookings
Edit bookings, add blocks, change prices
Reviews
Review dashboards
Guests
Guests overview and statistics
Cleaning

Use Default external access to apply the recommended preset for owner logins
The counter shows how many features are selected
Click Create external user
π The password β shown only once
After creation, the password appears once, right next to the Create button, with a Copy button.
Copy and store the password safely before closing the window β it is not shown again later. If it is lost, delete the login and create a new one.
βοΈ Editing and deleting access
Click any login in the External Users card to edit it:
Change the name, properties, or feature access at any time
Changes take effect on the user's next page load
Use Delete inside the edit window to remove the login permanently

Only 'external' user types are supported for client dashboard access. Legacy delegated-role compatibility has been removed.

You can now activate and manage a referral program directly from your dashboard. This allows you to invite others to use OkupAI and track your referral metrics.
Activating Referrals
Navigate to the Referrals section in your dashboard.
Accept the terms to activate your referral link.
Share your personal referral link with potential new users.
Viewing Referral Metrics
Once activated, you can view metrics such as:
Total referred accounts
Eligible paid revenue
Pending and available rewards
Received rewards
These metrics help you track the performance of your referrals and potential earnings.
