## 🧩 Integrations

OkupAI connects to external services to automate more of your operation. The **Integrations** card on the Properties page shows what is connected, per property — searchable and always up to date.

The token received from the Channex integration is single-use and should not be cached. Ensure that you fetch a new token each time you need to authenticate with Channex.

| 💹 **PriceLabs** | Dynamic pricing — market-based nightly rates, synced daily    |
| 🏛 **Feratel**   | Automatic guest registration reporting (Austria & Germany)    |
| 🔐 **TTLock**    | Smart locks — booking-specific door codes, sent automatically |
| 💳 **Stripe**    | Payment collection — payment links, city tax, extra services  |
| 💬 **WhatsApp**  | Communication — send and receive guest messages               |
