# Reviews Management

Track guest ratings across all platforms — trends, scores per unit, and every single review.

## ⭐ Reviews page

Open **Reviews** in the left menu. OkupAI collects guest reviews from your connected platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, …) and brings them together in one dashboard.

## 🔍 Filters

Every chart and table on the page follows the filters at the top:

* **Check-in date range** — analyze a season, a year, or all time
* **Objects** — one, several, or all units
* **Listing** — narrow down to specific platform listings
* **Platforms** — compare Airbnb vs Booking.com and others

## 📈 Average Rating

A trend chart of your average review score over time — your quality at a glance.

Use it to spot:

* Seasonal dips (e.g. heating issues in winter)
* The impact of changes (new cleaning team, renovations)
* Differences between platforms when filtered

## 📋 Listings Overview

A sortable table of your listings and their review performance:

| Column                | Meaning                             |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| Listing ID            | The platform listing identifier     |
| Property              | Your unit name                      |
| Platform              | Where the listing is published      |
| Number of reviews     | Review count in the selected range  |
| Last booked           | Latest booking date for the listing |
| Average overall score | Average review score                |

* **Group by** — group rows by **Listing**, **Property**, or **Platform**
* 🔍 Search within the table
* Every column is sortable

By default, listings whose **latest booking is more than 30 days in the past** are hidden — so retired listings don't clutter the view. Sort or search to find them if needed.

## 🏆 Overall Score by Object

A bar chart comparing the overall review score of your units, with three views:

* **Top** — your best performers
* **Bottom** — the units that need attention
* **All** — the full portfolio

Ideal for spotting which unit is dragging your average down.

## 📝 Recent Reviews

The full list of individual reviews, paginated:

| Column  | Content                     |
| ------- | --------------------------- |
| Date    | When the review was left    |
| Object  | The reviewed unit           |
| Rating  | The guest's score           |
| Comment | The written review text     |
| Booking | Link to the related booking |

From here you can jump straight to the guest's Booking Details — the review also appears there, connected to the stay.
