# Cleaning

See how well your cleaning teams perform — automatically, from your guest reviews.

Open it via **Staff → Cleaning** in the left menu. Use **Filter Check-In** (date range) and **Select Properties** to narrow the view.

No manual scoring needed: OkupAI reads the **cleanliness scores from your guest reviews** and attributes them to the team that cleans each unit.

## 📈 Performance charts

* **Individual Cleaning Team Trends** — one team's scores over time; switch between **Cleaning Score** and **Overall Score**
* **Cleaning Team Performance Comparison** — all teams side by side, to see who is ahead

## 📋 Team Statistics Overview

One row per team:

| Column                 | What it shows                                                           |
| ---------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Team**               | The team name                                                           |
| **Avg Cleaning Score** | Average cleanliness rating from guest reviews                           |
| **Total Reviews**      | How many reviews the score is based on                                  |
| **Excellence Rate**    | Share of reviews scoring **8+ out of 10** — consistency of high quality |
| **Properties**         | Number of units assigned to the team                                    |
| **Activity Level**     | High / Medium / Low, based on recent reviews                            |
| **Last Review**        | When the team was last rated                                            |

## ➕ Add a new cleaning team

1. Click **Add a new cleaning team**
2. **Information** — enter the **Name of the cleaning team** and optionally a **Team Client** (link the team to one of your [Property Owners](/okupai-platform/properties-and-platforms/property-owners.md))
3. **Mapping** — under **Team Objects Access**, click units to move them between **Available Units** and **Selected**
4. Click **Create a new cleaning team**
