# Cleaning Teams

Manage one cleaning team — assigned units, shareable cleaning calendar, and performance details.

Open a team via **Staff → Cleaning → View Details**.

## 📊 Team Performance Overview

Two summary blocks at the top:

* **Performance Metrics** — **Average Cleaning Score**, **Average Overall Score**, **Excellence Rate**, and **Poor Performance Rate**
* **Activity Information** — **Total Reviews**, **Properties Cleaned**, **First Review**, and **Last Review**

Below, **Recent Reviews & Performance** lists the team's **last 20 reviews** so you can read the actual guest feedback behind the numbers.

## 📅 Share the cleaning calendar

Your cleaning team does not need an OkupAI login. Share one of these two links from the team page:

* **Team calendar link** — a live web calendar showing the **checkout dates when cleaning is required**:

* **iCal link** — lets the team import the cleaning schedule into their own calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, …):

```

Both links are shown on the team page with a **Copy** button. Use **Calendar Styling** to choose the view the team sees.

Anyone with the link can see the team's cleaning calendar. Share it only with the people who need it.

## 🏠 Assigned Properties

Control which units the team cleans:

1. Click **Edit** in the **Assigned Properties** card
2. Click a unit under **Available Units** to assign it — click an assigned unit to remove it
3. Click **Save** (or **Cancel** to discard)

The team's calendar and performance stats update automatically to match its units.

Deactivating a property removes it from all cleaning team assignments automatically.

## ✏️ Settings & deleting a team

* **Cleaning Team Settings** — rename the team with **Edit** → **Save**
* **Delete Team** — permanently removes the team

You can only delete a team with **no assigned properties**. Remove all unit assignments first.
